Career Stimulus
Career Stimulus is a monthly program designed for those who have been laid off or are in the midst of a career transition amidst the ongoing economic recession.
This unique program combines expert speakers that offer motivation and job search strategies with networking round tables and breakout sessions that provide valuable tools needed to perform a successful job search in 2013.
We want to make you aware of some changes that are occurring with the Career Stimulus program.
The Career Stimulus program will no longer be accepting memberships. Instead, individuals will have the opportunity to opt-in to the program during the months that work best for them.
Current members however will continue their membership and all the privileges associated with it until their individual membership expires.
Why the change? Life is busy and many people do not have time, or money, to commit to a year-long membership. This new approach allows individuals to review upcoming Career Stimulus events and decide when they should participate based on their personal schedule.
Beginning with the May 31 seminar, the monthly fee will be $20. (There will no longer be a first-time free seminar option) This includes the monthly Career Stimulus seminar, unlimited access to the computer lab and attendance to one (1) workshop held during that month. Besides the Career Stimulus monthly seminar, all workshops will be held at Harper Professional Center, 650 E. Higgins Road, Schaumburg, IL.
