Keynote Speaker: Praveen Gupta
Bringing Out One's Best in Tough Times
We all have experienced challenges and hardships in our life at one time or another. Praveen Gupta’s experience has taught him that “Life has only two outcomes: celebrate and learn. There is no failure in life. Struggles are good for us. They make us think.”
Praveen will share his experience and innovation framework that encourages people to believe in their creative potential, identify their passion and pursue their dreams using his innovation tools. The new R-Startup initiative is designed for people who want to pursue their passion and serve their community.
Praveen is President of Accelper Consulting, an Operations Management consulting firm and has worked with over 100 small to large companies. He is an Adjunct Industry Professor and a founding Director of Center for Innovation Science and Applications at IIT School of Applied Technology. Praveen has authored over 300 articles, columns and blogs, and over ten books, including Six Sigma Performance Handbook, Six Sigma Business Scorecard, Business Innovation in the 21st Century and The Innovation Solution. Recently, he has launched R-Start Ups, a rapid startup program to accelerate entrepreneurship in local communities. He is the founding Editor of International Journal of Innovation Science, and co-editor of Global Innovation Science Handbook (2013).
