Serving the changing needs of this growing community has guided the Harper College Educational Foundation since its inception in 1973. By providing Harper College with the resources to create programs, scholarships, special cultural events and educational opportunities that create community success, the Harper College Educational Foundation has kept its finger on the pulse of the community.
Over the years, the Foundation has worked diligently in the face of decreased state funding and increased demand for opportunities in higher education to meet the needs of the community. By forging strong relationships with community and corporate leaders, the Foundation has helped to create a nationally recognized community college and a strong foundation for the future.
