ComEd CEO to Highlight Networking Event for Latino Professionals
Anne Pramaggiore, ComEd's first female President and CEO, will offer insight on leadership, diversity and workplace inclusion at Harper College's first-ever Latino Professionals Networking Night, scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 28.
The event, hosted by the College's Educational Foundation, also will allow local Latino professionals to share professional development ideas, identify opportunities for collaboration across the suburbs, and learn more about Harper's own programs aimed at professional and business growth.
The networking night is $25 for those registering before Friday, February 15, and $35 afterward. A cocktail reception is included, and all proceeds will benefit student scholarships for Latino students at Harper.
Pramaggiore started at ComEd in 1998 as a lawyer from the Chicago firm of McDermott Will amp; Emery, and rose through the ranks to become the company's first female CEO.
