Culinary Arts students prepare and serve lunch.
All food is prepared and served by the students enrolled in the Hospitality Management Program. This program has specialized areas of study including Bread and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts.
Hours of Service
The dining room opens at 11:30 a.m. with seating until 12:25 p.m. Reservations are appreciated for parties of four or more. Carry out orders accepted until 12:45 p.m. (depending on menu availability). This semester we are open Tuesday & Thursday
Week of March 28 and 30. The Dining Room has reached it's maximum limit of reservations for March 28, and therefore will not accept any more reservations, walk-ins, or carry-out orders for that day.
Entree prices average between $7 to $9 per person. Payment by credit card, checks & interdepartmental charges. Cash is not accepted.
Assorted beverages are available at a nominal cost.
