FOOD SAFETY LICENSE OR RENEWAL (LRP 0011): Prepare to be certified or re-certified through the Illinois Department of Public Health. This course covers all major sanitation points including unsafe food, proper precautions, personal hygiene, food contamination, regulations, and inspection standards. Those seeking licensure for the first time should purchase a USED book from the Harper Book Store without voucher and Scantron Sheet: ServSafe Manager 6th Ed. Students will take the final exam online. With prior arrangements, the exam can be taken in Spanish.
