HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CPR GUIDELINES 2015 (LCP 0084): This is the initial American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Providers CPR class, 2015 Guidelines. Learn about cardiovascular health and risk factors for heart disease. Practice techniques for choking victims, rescue breathing, CPR, and the use of an AED. Participants must demonstrate CPR and AED competencies for adult, child, and infant victims and pass written exam. Intended for any healthcare worker or student preparing to work in a hospital or clinical setting. Participants who pass will receive an AHA Healthcare Providers CPR card that is valid for two years.

HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CPR RENEWAL GUIDELINES 2015 (LCP 0043): Renew your CPR certification in this American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers Renewal course. You will review cardiovascular health; basic life support techniques for choking victims; rescue breathing; CPR; and the use of an AED. Participants must demonstrate CPR and AED competencies for adult, child, and infant victims and pass a written exam. PREREQUISITE: Bring your current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers card to class.

HEARTSAVER CPR AND AED (LCP 0105): Learn how to provide CPR and relieve choking for an adult, child or infant victim and manage an emergency situation until professional help arrives. This course is ideal for scout leaders, teachers, day care providers and new parents and utilizes a practice-while-watching approach to help you gain the skills you need. Successful participants receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR and AED card that is valid for two years. This course is not intended for healthcare professionals. HEARTSAVER FIRST AID (LCP 0100): Do you know what to do in the first few minutes of an emergency situation? Learn the decision-making skills to help you assess the scene and determine the best course of action. Gain peace of mind when you discover how to handle injuries such as bleeding, sprains, broken bones, and other first aid emergencies. Successful participants receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid card that is valid for two years and meets OSHA standards for first aid training in general industry.

HEARTSAVER FIRST AID WITH CPR AND AED (LCP 0110): Learn to provide first aid, CPR and AED for adult, child and infant victims. Identify decision-making skills to help you assess emergency situations; how to provide care for bleeding injuries, sprains, and broken bones; and techniques for cardiac arrest and choking victims. Successful participants receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid CPR and AED card that is valid for two years and meets OSHA standards for first aid training in general industry.
