PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE (LAH 8015): This 50-hour course prepares you to work under a Physical Therapist or a Physical Therapist Assistant preparing treatment areas, ordering devices and supplies, and transporting patients. PT Aides are employed in nursing homes, home care agencies, outpatient clinics, community health centers, and sports medicine clinics. Course is ideal for CNAs seeking new skills and people interested in PT careers. Textbook and materials included. This program is approved for funding by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act for qualified WIOA candidates, under O*Net code 31.2022.
