Unofficial Transcript (credit class)An unofficial transcript is available anytime online at MyHarper Student Portal. Official Transcript (credit class)Request an official transcript online. An official transcript requested for pick-up is available after 10 am the next business day after the request is received. An
official transcript requested for mailing will be mailed within four
business days from when the request is received, except during peak
periods when the process may take two weeks. The College does
not charge for this service. The College reserves the right to withhold
transcripts of persons who have past due monetary obligations such as
tuition, fees or materials. If you attended Harper College prior to 1990 and are not able to enter the student portal, you can download a transcript request form. Fax your request
to (847) 925-6032 or mail to the Registrar's Office, 1200 W. Algonquin
Road, Palatine, IL 60067-7398. Include name, social security number,
birth date, last semester attended, any previous names, contact
information, and address to which transcript is to be sent along with
your signature. We regret that email is NOT acceptable.

Third Party Request For Official Transcript (credit class)If you are ordering an official transcript as a third party you can do so by faxing your request to
(847) 925-6032 with the student's name, social security number, address
to which transcript is to be sent along with the student's signature
allowing this information to be released. The request can also be

of credit earned outside of the United States - Harper College accepts
World Education Services (WES) evaluation reports. The WES
evaluation is a document that converts educational credentials from any
country in the world into their U.S. equivalents by describing each
certificate, diploma or degree you have earned and stating its academic
