Institutional Code of Conduct for Educational Loans

Harper College has instituted an Institutional Code of Conduct that instills a governing set of principles and practices to help ensure the integrity of the educational loan programs. All Harper College officers, employees, trustees, agents, and other affiliated organizations involved with educational loan activities are required to comply with the provisions detailed in this Code of Conduct.

The requirements for developing, administering, and enforcing a code of conduct are set forth in the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) signed into law on August 14, 2008. As a long-standing member of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), Harper College also adheres and incorporates the NASFAA Code of Conduct for Institutional Financial Aid Professionals in its Institutional Code of Conduct.

Harper College strives to provide exemplary customer service to our students, in keeping with the Code of Conduct standards.
