Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Assessment: $75
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® will help you to identify personality strengths and unique talents. You can use the information to better understand yourself, your motivations, and your potential areas for growth and career options. A certified career counselor conducts a one-hour individual interpretation.
Strong Interest Inventory®: $75
The Strong Interest Inventory® helps you better understand your interests and match those interests with work, career options or leisure activities. The inventory will allow you to compare your interests to those of men and women who are already successfully employed in a wide variety of occupations. A career counselor conducts a one-hour individual interpretation.
Career Assessment (4 one-hour sessions): $215
Identify, with a counselor through a variety of assessments, your career interests, skills and abilities, personality, motivators/de-motivators along with what constitutes your ideal job. This program includes a variety of assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and the Strong Interest Inventory®.
Job Search Tune-up (SPECIAL three one-hour sessions): $115
This package is designed for the individual who may be at risk of losing his/her job or is currently unemployed. The career counselor will tailor the three sessions to meet your needs, which could include developing goals, resume review, interviewing skills or job search techniques.
Career Action Planning (6 one-hour sessions): $250
Develop a comprehensive career action plan from start to finish. Begin by assessing your "self" with the same assessment used in the Career Assessment package. Continue by having a counselor lead you through occupational research, the exploration of career options and effective utilization of career resources. The result will be a well-defined, personalized career action plan.
Resume Service (2 one-hour sessions): $98
Work with a counselor to develop an up-to-date resume. We help you write and produce your resume, giving you a white copy, ten ivory copies with envelopes and your resume on disk for easy updating!
Interviewing Skills
(2 one-hour sessions):
$78
Sharpen your interviewing skills! Instruction on effective interviewing techniques is provided in the first session. Follow this with a critiqued mock interview during the second session. Dress appropriately for an interview, and bring your resume and a list of positions and/or companies in which you are interested.
Career Assessment: $90
This is a Continuing Education class. Starting a job search or thinking about a career change? Looking for direction or options? This counselor-led workshop gives you the opportunity to identify/evaluate skills, interests, work values, motivators/de-motivators, strengths, weaknesses and personality through a series of assessments. This will help give you direction or confirm a career decision! (Myers-Briggs, Self Directed Search and self-evaluation techniques are used.
