Roosevelt and Harper Dual Degree Program (DDP)

The Dual Degree Program (DDP), a unique partnership between Roosevelt and Harper, provides an excellent pathway for full‐time students to earn quality, accessible, and affordable associate and bachelor’s degrees close to home at Roosevelt's Schaumburg campus.  A student accepted into the program will be guaranteed admission to Roosevelt after completion of his/her associate degree.*

*Some Roosevelt baccalaureate programs have special admissions requirements; admission to these programs is not guaranteed.

Who is eligible?

To be considered for the Dual Degree Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Full-time enrollment at Harper College
  • Successful completion of between 12 and 30 credit hours
  • Good academic standing at Harper College

How to join

To maximize the benefits of the Dual Degree Program, it is recommended that you apply to the program at the same time that you submit your Harper application. Please note that you will need to fill out both applications to be considered. For current Harper students, you must apply to the DDP before you have completed 30 credit hours.

Participating in the Dual Degree Program

Once you’ve joined the Dual Degree Program, you will need to maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined in the degree pathway plans.
