Student Club Ceasefire Now and Educational Fair

Join Amnesty international student club at Harper for the first hour on the Quad to
call for a ceasefire and honor all victims of the conflict. Afterward, head to Building
A for an educational fair hosted by various clubs. Learn about the anti-war movement
and engage in activities like writing letters to members of Congress advocating for
an immediate/permanent ceasefire! Bring your Harper College student I.D.s.

Performing Arts Center
The theme of the show is “Worn, Torn, Reborn– A Memoir” and focuses on sustainability.
Student designers were challenged to reduce the fashion footprint by repurposing materials
that otherwise would have been destined for the landfill. Enjoy this showcase of hand-made original garments created by Harper College Fashion Studies students and
marvel at the innovative ways Harper students incorporated elements of renewal, sustainability,
and storytelling into their designs.

Student Government Association Seeking Officers for 2024–2025
Student Government Association is seeking Harper College students to serve as Student
Government Association President, Vice President, and Treasurer, for the Fall 2024
and Spring 2025 school year. Students must be enrolled in both semesters to campaign
and serve.
Student Government Association seeks to create positive change and impacts for the
Harper student community. Whether through fun events or parliamentary discussions,
the goal is to allow every student to be beneficially impacted by what SGA does. By
being part of SGA, you will come away with fond memories and skills that will be a
key part of your life.

Harper College Lyft Pass Program and Pace Bus Route 697

which offers discounted rides for most Harper students and Pace Bus route 697.

Harper College offers a Lyft Pass Program to most Harper students. This program provides
discounted rides to and from Harper College. Receive $10 off eight rides per month.
Rides must begin or end at either the Harper College campus in Palatine or the Harper
College Learning and Career Center in Prospect Heights. Valid on standard Lyft rides
only.
Harper College students who are enrolled in credit-classes, adult education classes,
English as a second language classes, apprenticeship programs and dual credit classes
are eligible to participate. The program is not currently available for students enrolled

Pace Bus Route 697 now serves Harper College. This fixed route provides weekday service from Pace's
Northwest Transportation Center in Schaumburg to Harper College in Palatine. The bus
stop on campus is located on Barbara Barton Drive near Parking Lot 2A, and the Performing
Arts Center (Building R).

HarperCard Student I.D.
Your Harper Student Photo I.D. card, known as your HarperCard, can give you campus benefits like access to the College's library and computer labs.
The HarperCard can also entitle you to a fitness center membership , Box Office discounts and other savings and services .
After you have registered for the first time, you can obtain your HarperCard at the Harper College Box Office (Performing Arts Center, Building R). A photo I.D., such as a driver's license or
passport, and proof of Harper College registration is required.
