Small Business Development Center
The Illinois SBDC at Harper College helps local businesses start, grow and expand.
Our mission is to contribute to the growth and prosperity of existing business, and enhance the success rate of new business formation.
We offer free one-to-one counseling to existing and prospective small business owners. We work with you to provide you personalized and confidential counseling at no cost.
The SBDC at Harper College is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and Harper College.
