Officer Paul LeBreckI was a student at Harper College from 1972-1974. During my last semester (Spring 1974), I worked as a cadet with the Harper College Police Department. I left in August to work full-time in a private sector job so I could save up money to complete my bachelor's degree at Northern Arizona University, which I did in 1977. After graduation I became a police officer with the Palatine Police Department until I retired in 2005. I became the Deputy Chief of Police at Harper College from 2005 until I was promoted to Chief of Police in 2014. As you can see I have come full circle back to Harper College.
